The Flats Concrete Replacement
This concrete project for BH Management involved the demolition and pouring of multiple curbs, staircases, patios, walkways, and sidewalks at their multifamily complex. It also completely replaced the pickleball court. All of this was done with minimal disruption to the management and the residents.
Slater Baptist Annex Renovation
This renovation project for Slater Baptist Church turned their older annex building into a beautiful, useable space. A concrete pad and portico were added to increase the buildings versatility. It is now used for wedding receptions, youth group, and more.
Keokuk Street Apartment Renovations
This project renovated forty units at SouthGate Companies' Keokuk Street Apartments in 2025. These renovations included countertops, flooring, appliances, millwork, bathroom vanities, and more. All of this work was done while keeping the residents in their units, thus preventing any interruption to cash flow. We look forward to continuing this partnership in 2026 by renovating another forty units at this multifamily complex.
Diamond Star Academy Exterior Painting
After being purchased by a new preschool, this church building went through a large face lift! The entire exterior was prepped, painted, and cleaned up in just five days.
Community Baptist Parking Lot Expansion
This growing church needed to expand their parking lot in order to accommodate its members. This project included grading, pouring, striping, and landscaping. All of this was completed in a timely manner, to the great satisfaction of all involved.
